It’s stage 3 of our launch phase already! In our second launch-stage article, entitled Toss Coins, we extensively discussed our currency-agnostic approach, use cases of various currencies within our protocol’s ecosystem, our amazing currency manager (EIP20), and much more. Read it here (hyperlink) if you missed it. We are determined to help you understand every aspect of our protocol’s working principle, and that’s precisely why these articles exist. We’ll always keep you in the loop.

In this article, we’ll help you understand Emerging Clowns and Acrobats in the context of Xircus as a WEB3.0 protocol. These emerging “Clowns” and “Acrobats” stand Xircus out in fascinatingly disruptive ways you’re about to discover. We’ll talk about skins, modules, and APIs and how they’re enabled within our protocol.

The Skins

As you know, our ultimate goal at Xircus is to make it possible for developers to build WEB3.0 dApps in the shortest time-to-market ever. For that reason, in building our protocol, we incorporated skins which are typically ERC1155/BEP1155 NFT standard tokens. These tokens are a time-saving, cost-efficient, and massively rewarding feature for every user of Xircus Web3 Protocol.

The skins feature will effectively make it possible for developers, particularly marketplace owners, to effortlessly choose and change the look of their dApps’ interfaces without having to build or design from scratch in the twinkling of an eye. They were built to be switchable in the sense that an existing user interface can be changed by simply refreshing the page after a successful on-chain transaction of the selected skin. Yes, it’s that easy.

Utility of the Skins

Due to the burn-to-use mechanism of the skins, they are a limited edition. By implication, this means only a certain number of marketplace owners will be able to use a particular skin. This not only encourages developers to continue building new skins creatively, but also creates scarcity and diversity in terms of Xircus skin prices, functionalities, and features.

Interestingly, the skins are upgradeable, with both free and premium options available, as well as skins created by the developer community. With these skins, marketplace owners can easily upgrade their skins to add new functionalities and features when needed.

The skins are also niche-specific. That means they are designed to provide certain features and functionalities that are relevant to the specific industry or niche of the marketplace. This means that a music NFT marketplace, for example, will have a different skin with different functionalities than a video NFT marketplace.

The cherry on the cake here is the huge addition to our Software Development Kit (SDK) which we talked about in our first-stage article, Mystery Boxes. With the addition, it is now possible for every Whitelable, OpenSea, Shopify, ThirdWeb, Moralis or Rarible collection to utilize Xircus and benefit from the niche-specific or self-developed and deployed XircusSkins. We are certain we do not have competitors. We are ENABLERS who simplify WEB3.0 transition amazingly.

Xircus Modules

It’s only appropriate that marketplace owners strive to enhance their platforms. It’s something that Xircus has made incredibly simple with its developed modules. They come in handy as a unique and innovative solution for platform enhancement. These modular units are designed by Xircus and the community to be easily rentable, allowing owners to subscribe to a variety of different modules based on their needs and preferences.

The ability of Xircus Modules to be used as app extensions is one of their amazing key features. This means that they can be injected into any Xircus-deployed marketplace dApp, offering a range of additional functions and features to users. This makes it easy for the users to customize their marketplaces and add new functionality without having to build everything from scratch. Think of adding staking, analytics, or ticketing modules to your dApp without using the Xircus SDK.

Overall, Xircus Modules are a powerful and versatile tool for marketplace owners looking to improve and expand their dApps without spending too much time. There are literally endless and limitless possibilities, but, as you know, the proof of the pudding is in the eating. You should check these things out yourself when you can.

A Bit on Our Rewarding Model

The revenue model for Xircus is an undeniably perfect one. It involves multiple stakeholders, including users, artists, creators, brands, companies, and developers. The burn-use principle, which we have adopted, is a way of managing the supply and demand of a digital asset by reducing the total number of available units through use. This can create much-needed scarcity and increase the value of the remaining units.

In the case of skins and modules, this means that as users purchase and use these digital assets, a portion of them will be “burned” and removed from circulation, making the remaining units more valuable. This will most likely provide an incentive for not only the users and collectors but, more importantly, the developers to create high-quality skins and modules, as they will be able to earn royalties on their creations. We will discuss our fair and most rewarding revenue model extensively at a later stage. You’ve not forgotten this is just stage 3, right? -:)

The revenue distribution will not only make provisions for buybacks for burning but also for liquidity and pool staking. In short, we ensured that the protocol allows for an absolutely equitable revenue distribution and encourages participation from ALL stakeholders.

Our APIs

This article might have somehow piqued your curiosity about how Xircus Web3 protocol APIs work. If you’d like to know more or get answers about them, check out our first explainer and article on our socials.

Summarily, every dApp that uses Xircus Web3 Protocol gets access to a variety of APIs that provide valuable information and functionalities. Xircus has already deployed a few APIs, but they are fully customizable by the community to meet their unique needs. For instance, you can use Xircus APIs for extended analytics, aggregation, or any other use case you can think of.

For More Information

To solidify your understanding of Emerging Clowns and Acrobats, our eminently qualified COO has recorded a value-packed video on it. It would be best if you watched it to gain more clarity about the topic. Xircus Web3 Protocol is one solution to a thousand problems, so don’t miss out on its powerful capabilities. You can only know about them if you follow us on our socials. It’s the only option to be in the loop. Anticipate our next article on stage 4. It promises to be captivating, too.
